Open House: A new construction condo done right (and for sale!)

My friends Keith and Randy are selling their 2 bedroom, 2 bath Edgewater Beach condo, and if I were in the market for a lakefront condo, this would be my pick (but I’d want the furniture too). Sophisticated details such as the kitchen backsplash tiles, the mid-century pendant lights and a mod wallpaper accent wall work with the sophisticated color palette and the couple’s vintage (or vintage-y) furnishings to elevate their new construction condo far above most.     I don’t usually care for the starkness of modern design, but when you throw in all the vintage elements it manages to look sleek yet comfortable at the same time. I like it.
