This Week: Moss (New York City)

I visited Moss during my recent Manhattan trip.  The high-end purveyor of high-end designers’ high-end designs embraces quirk, resulting in often brilliant, always thought-provoking products juxtaposing humor with sleek sophistication.  I like a little self-importance in my design destinations, especially when it’s well-deserved, and Moss doesn’t disappoint, presenting the merch behind glass cases as if it were the Royal Jewels or the the Shroud of Turin.  My thumbs are up.

  1. If I had an unlimited amount of money I would go to Moss and buy all of the pieces that make me salivate. There are so many. Great photos T.

  2. Being of Bavarian origin myself, it’s nice to see that the craftsmanship there is still evident – that schrank with the farm scene is lovely. I’d like to book a week’s vacation in NYC and stay at Moss.

  3. hi, can you id those lady pitchers?

  4. Hi Lisa,

I’m sure Moss can help you with that, but I do not know. Sorry!

    Thanks for reading.

    Ciao.

  5. Paula,

Let’s rent an apartment in NYC – just you, me and a dozen or so friends.
